Alfaminth forte injector

Composition:
Each injector contains:
5 gram oxybendazole.
Action:
Alfaminth is an oral deworming paste for horses.
Oxybendazole is a broad spectrum benzimidazole anthelmintic active against large strongyloides and small strongyloides (S. edentatus,
S. equines, S. vulgaris); large roundworms ( Parascaris equorum); pinworms (Oxyuris equi) including various larval stages;
threadworms (Strongyloides westeri).
Indications:
Preventive and curative treatment of horses and foals against
gasto-intestinal worm infections.
Administration/dosage:
Orally: the average dose is 10 mg per kg body weight.
Warnings:
Residues are present for up to 6 days after administration.
Conservation:
Cool (8 - 15°).
