Dexpyranal

Composition:
Each ml solution contains:
140 mg isopyrin
70 mg phenylbutazone sodium
0.5 mg dexamethasone disodium phosphate.
Action and uses:
Phenylbutazone is a very active analgesic, antipyretic and antiphlogistic. Isopyrin has the same properties and increases the action of phenylbutazone. At the same time it decreases the toxicity of phenylbutazone and prolongs the activity. In this balanced composition dexpyranal is very well tolerated, even during prolonged applications. Dexamethasone is a very powerful corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory, anti-shock, anti-stress and glycogenic activities.
