Alfacycline 20

Composition:
Each gram contains:
200 mg oxytetracycline HCl
Action:
Broad spectrum antibiotic with bacteriostatic action against Gram-positive and Gram-negative germs such as E. coli, Pasteurella, Salmonella, Brucella, Streptococcus, Clostridium, Haemophilus, Corynebacterium, Anthrax, Staphylococcus. Rickettsia, Mycoplasma, Spirochaetes, and Actinomyces.
Indications:
Prevention and treatment of bacterial infections, such as respiratory infections (CRD), urogenital infections, infections of the digestive tract, etc. Oxytetracycline is also used as growth promoter in poultry, calves and pigs.
Administration/dosage:
-Poultry: Prevention: 25- 50 g/100 l of drinking water.
Treatment : 50-100 g/100 l of drinking water for 5-7 days.
- Other animals: 0.75-1 g per 10 kg of b.w.
Advised withdrawal times:
meat : 7 days
eggs : 7 days
Conservation:
Store dry, dark and cool.
