Albendazole 750 mg

Composition:
Each contains:
750 mg albendazole
Action:
Broad spectrum dewormer, active against stomach roundworms, lungworms and tapeworms in cattle, sheep and goats. Also active
against eggs of roundworms and liver flukes (but not immature liver flukes).
Sensitive are Ostertagia, Trichostrongylus, Haemonchus, Nematodirus, Cooperia, Capillaria, Strongyloides, Dictyocaulus viviparus,
Oesophagostonum, Moniezia, Syngamus trachea. Adult stages and eggs of Fasciola hepatica.
Administration/dosage:
Orally:
-Cattle and camels: 1 per 100 kg b.w. (1000 mg per 100kg b.w. if used against liver flukes)
-Sheep and goats : 125 mg albendazole per 25 kg b.w. (125 mg per 15 kg b.w. if used against liver flukes).
Warning:
Do not use in case of acute fascioliasis.
Do not overdose in the beginning of pregnancy.
Withdrawal time:
Meat : 14 days.
Milk : 3 days.
